OYSTER BAY · NY
Italian fine dining in Oyster Bay.
Stellina sits at 76 South Street, in the heart of Oyster Bay's village. Chef-driven Italian, hand-made pasta, a forty-seat dining room. Open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner.
House-made pasta, every day
Pasta is rolled in our kitchen each morning — tagliatelle, ravioli, pappardelle. The texture you can't get from boxed pasta is the entire point of the restaurant.
A short, seasonal menu
Eight or nine pasta dishes, four or five secondi. The menu changes when the season does. We'd rather do fewer dishes well than thirty so-so ones.
Walking distance from the village
From the harbor, the railroad museum, or Theodore Roosevelt Park, we're a five-minute walk. Stop in for a glass at the bar before or after.
An Italian wine list with a bias
About 80% Italian, with a strong Piedmont and Tuscan tilt. Our sommelier will pair what you're eating with what's drinking well right now.

Is Stellina the right choice for a special occasion in Oyster Bay?
Yes — anniversaries, small birthdays, rehearsal dinners. Mention the occasion when you book; we'll set the table accordingly and the kitchen will write a note on the dessert.
Do you accept walk-ins from Oyster Bay locals?
We hold a few bar seats and bar-top tables for walk-ins each evening. For a dining-room table, reserve at least a day or two ahead, especially Friday and Saturday.
Is the Sunday afternoon menu the same as dinner?
Sunday we run from 11 AM through 8:30 PM with the dinner menu plus a few pasta and brunch crossovers. Reservations strongly recommended.
